Staffing Industry Analysts released its annual list of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms with 75 companies on the list. This year, the top 10 fastest-growing firms posted a median 56.3% compound annual growth rate in revenue from 2015 to 2019.
JCW Search recorded the largest CAGR this year at 71.7%.
“The companies ranked on this year’s list are breaking through barriers to growth across revenue thresholds, industry sectors, business models and a highly competitive talent landscape,” SIA President Barry Asin said. “We offer our congratulations to the fastest-growing firms on the rapid growth they’ve achieved and their individual commitments to a high-performance culture.”
To qualify for the list, firms must have posted a compound annual growth rate of at least 15% in US staffing revenue from 2015 through 2019. Firms must also have recorded at least $1 million in revenue in 2015.

This report is based on a snapshot in time, in this case looking at revenue growth between 2015 and 2019. It does not take into account changes since the end of the 2019 reporting period, such as differences in business mix at staffing firms or the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
All numbers are self-reported. However, the top 10 fastest-growing firms had to provide financial statements or provide verification of the numbers on company letterhead when financial statements were not available. Only organic revenue growth was considered. Revenue was adjusted to remove growth from acquisitions. Revenue was also adjusted for divestitures.
