What it is: Compa is offer-management software to help talent teams make smarter offers and gain real-time market data. When recruiters use Compa, they can skip spreadsheets and automate workflows to find pay guidelines, navigate pay conversations and build custom offers that get approved quickly. For comp teams, Compa unlocks a stream of offer intelligence powered by their own market interaction—the real-time insights needed for fast-changing markets.
Why we like it: This was the most detailed and comprehensive tool for offer letter insight we have seen. The ATS usually generates offer letters or they are done manually, and there is not typically the level of insight and decision support for the offer baked in that we saw in Compa. We also liked the premise of getting compensation “right” in the offer letter process in hopes of avoiding compensation issues later.
