Futura Healthcare acquired Winola Lake Health IT, a Pipersville, Pennsylvania-based provider of IT solutions to the healthcare sector.
“[Winola Lake Health IT is] a perfect fit for Futura Healthcare, and the integration process will be virtually seamless, allowing the organization to realize added value immediately,” Futura Healthcare CEO David Gulian said.
The acquisition helps Futura Healthcare to better serve its customers by leveraging Winola Lake Health’s enhanced professional services and IT support teams.
Winola Lake Health IT was founded in 2010 by Rick Hodge on the principle of studying the needs of the healthcare industry and delivering the technologies that solve customers’ problems.
“I knew from the start that this was a win-win for both organizations. Winola Lake’s customers will benefit from the broad array of solutions that Futura Healthcare provides to healthcare organizations,” Hodge said.
Futura Healthcare, an IT staffing provider based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, has deployed and supported over 600,000 IT assets.
Philadelphia-based private equity firm Renovus Capital Partners invested in Futura Healthcare in 2020.
