Addison Group acquired Harmony Healthcare, a Tampa, Florida-based provider of a range of nonclinical talent solutions and consulting services.
With the deal, Addison, which ranks among the largest US staffing firms, aims to further its position in nonclinical healthcare talent resources, recruiting and consulting services.
“As the healthcare industry continues to navigate significant shifts, many organizations are still grappling with talent shortages, cyberattacks and the rising cost of health services,” said Thomas Moran, CEO of Addison Group. “Our ongoing investment in nonclinical healthcare workforce solutions provides our clients with innovative, accessible and value-based health system resources.”
Harmony Healthcare provides staffing of consultants within healthcare reimbursement, population health and health IT across the US. Plans call for Harmony Healthcare to maintain its headquarters in Tampa and continue operating under its own brand. Harmony’s executives and team will retain their roles with a continued focus on expanding their organization.
“Addison’s consultative approach and expansive network of professionals will accelerate our abilities to meet customer demands nationally,” said Brandon Martin, president of Harmony Healthcare. “Addison’s culture focuses on people first, and the vast range of offerings provides our employees and consultants with added career opportunities.”
