The Intersect Group, an Atlanta-based IT and finance/accounting staffing firm, acquired Vincent Benjamin, an IT and finance/accounting staffing firm headquartered in Phoenix.
“The Intersect Group’s acquisition of Vincent Benjamin combines two formidable staffing companies into one,” said Joe Myers, CEO of The Intersect Group.
The acquisition brings more than 100 active customers and more than 400 consultants to The Intersect Group. The acquired operations are moving forward under The Intersect Group brand.
With the deal, The Intersect Group will have 11 locations across the US including Atlanta; Charlotte, North Carolina; Greenville, South Carolina; Boca Raton, Florida; Tampa, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Austin, Texas; Dallas; Denver; Phoenix; and Southern California.
The deal closed in the first quarter. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
