DHI Group Inc. (NYSE: DHX), the firm behind jobs websites Dice and ClearanceJobs, raised its revenue guidance for full-year 2022 and announced revenue trends for 2023.
“Based on our continued strong bookings growth across both Dice and CJ, we are increasing our full-year 2022 revenue guidance and now expect total revenue to be in the range of $148 million to $149 million, representing growth of between 23% and 24% year over year,” CFO Kevin Bostick said.
This is up from the company’s previous forecast for full-year revenue growth of between 21% and 23%.
For the third quarter, however, DHI is keeping its forecast unchanged at between 20% and 23%.
Bostick also commented on growth trends for 2023, saying the company expects bookings and revenue growth will approach 20% next year.
“While we are not yet providing specific long-term guidance for 2023, DHI intends to maintain its investment strategy in sales and marketing to capture incremental market share for each of its brands’ total addressable market,” he said.
The revised guidance was announced during DHI’s 2022 virtual analyst day on Thursday.
