Healthcare provider Maxim Healthcare earlier this month named Matthew Sticklin as its new CFO. Sticklin joined Maxim in 2003 as a reimbursement specialist before becoming controller and senior VP of finance. He previously served as CFO for Major, Lindsey and Africa and Allegis Partners.
IT staffing provider Matlen Silver promoted Michele Beilman to chief operating officer. Beilman rose through the ranks at the firm from recruiter to senior VP for regional sales and operations. Beilman appeared on this year’s 40 Under 40 list of up-and-coming staffing professionals.
Velocity Global, a global provider of employer-of-record and independent contractor compliance services, named Liz Li as its chief product officer. Li had spent nearly 12 years at LinkedIn, where she worked on core initiatives including leading the launch of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Li also previously worked at Accenture.
Alumni Staffing LLC, a provider of locum tenens staffing, appointed Karl Lau as chief operating officer. Lau takes over from Scott Hollingshead, who is now serving as CFO. Prior to Alumni, Lau led strategic partnerships for the VMS division of AMN Healthcare Services and served as chief operating officer of LocumsMart.
TheEmployeeapp, a mobile application for engaging frontline workers, named Clare Epstein as its general manager. Eptsein has more than 20 years of leadership experience. She previously served as VP at Vector Solutions.
CPC Logistics Solutions named Marvin Allen as the new operations manager for its Chicago branch. Allen comes to CPC from XPO Logistics, where he was the manager of last-mile operations. CPC Logistics is a provider of truck driver and warehouse staffing.
