Inspyr Solutions, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based IT staffing provider, acquired Ntelicor LLC, an IT staffing provider based in Dallas.
The move comes after Inspyr Solutions acquired ProTask in March and aims to expand its national footprint.
Ntelicor, founded in 1998, provides technical strategic staffing and consulting services across aviation, hospitality, manufacturing and the federal government. It currently employs more than 200 professionals.

IT staffing providers TekPartners and Genuent Holdings LLC merged and rebranded to Inspyr Solutions last year. Inspyr provides IT staffing and solutions to customers across several end markets and employs nearly 2,000 professionals nationwide across 12 office locations.
Update
The deal closed April 14. Ntelicor will rebrand to Inspyr Solutions.
As part of the deal, the combined company’s operations will be integrated into Inspyr Solutions’ Dallas branch. Ntelicor’s management team will continue to serve through the transition period.
