Staffmark Group announced four executive leadership appointments today. They include executives focused on revenue, client success and more.
The appointments include:
- Nina Franco was named senior VP of revenue performance. Franco was previously responsible for growing the company’s largest US region as a regional VP. Prior to joining Staffmark in 2020, she held leadership roles with Randstad and Adecco.
- Eric Manning was named senior VP of client success, a new role within the firm. Manning first joined Staffmark in 2019 as VP of professional services, responsible for client services at its Hunter Hamilton and Digital People business lines. Prior to Staffmark, Manning was at Volt Workforce Solutions.
- Kari Oswold was named senior VP of Advantage xPO. This brand includes MSP, RPO and business process outsourcing operations. Oswold has more than 20 years of experience in sales, operations and recruiting teams. She most recently held a position at Harvey Nash Group, now Nash Squared.
- Liza Palermo was named senior VP of marketing. Palermo brings 30 years of experience increasing revenue and brand equity. Prior to joining Staffmark, she held leadership roles at Employbridge and SFN Group; she also founded a consulting firm.
“Each of them has a history of creating value and putting people first, and I believe that their talents and experience combined with those of our existing leadership team will drive our continued success,” CEO Stace Lane said in a press release.
