System One, the 28th-largest US staffing provider, acquired KeyLogic, an IT services firm that counts several federal agencies as its clients, including the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Defense.

“System One’s expansion strategy focuses on fostering growth through strategic acquisitions,” System One President and COO Greg Lignelli said in a press release. “Adding KeyLogic and their great team into our government delivery offers numerous advantages for all parties involved.”

Areas of KeyLogic’s expertise include research and development, advanced analytics, data science, digital transformation, Agile DevSecOps and cybersecurity.

The deal closed Nov. 11. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

“By combining forces with KeyLogic, our organizations can leverage unique capabilities and customer relationships to support even more significant growth and success than each company could achieve individually,” System One Chairman and CEO Troy Gregory said in a press release.

KeyLogic has more than 700 team members, including systems designers, developers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists and engineers.

Ken Bissett, chief administrative officer of KeyLogic, also added in a press release that the deal will position his organization for growth.
