Integrity Locums, a locum tenens staffing firm based in Englewood, Colorado, promoted President Jeff Files to CEO. Files succeeds Tim Devereux, who will transition to an advisory role on the board.
Managing Partner Lacey Salzer moved to an advisory position on the board, with both Devereux and Salzer continuing to guide the company.
Files joined Integrity Locums in 2017 as executive VP. Before that, he served in leadership roles at Fastaff Travel Nursing, Interim Physicians LLC and Martin Fletcher.
“I am honored to be named as CEO of such an incredible organization,” Files said in a press release. “Tim and Lacey’s hard work and dedication over the last 12 years have created an extraordinary organization, and I’m excited to continue working with all the experienced leaders we have to take Integrity Locums to even greater success.”
Integrity Locums also announced other transitions.
The company in 2022 appointed Michelle Savell as senior VP of sales and Kate Saia as senior VP of finance; it promoted Michael Steiner to senior VP of sales and Lisa Regalado to senior VP of HR. In addition, the company promoted VP of marketing Leah Martinez to senior VP of Marketing in December 2023.
