    Vizzy, the talent platform and CV disruptor for global brands, has raised a £3.65m seed led by Adjuvo. Vizzy allows candidates to build a truly personalised digital profile that reflects their potential, interests and ambitions – helping young people stand out in the new world of work.

    Launched to market in 2023, Vizzy’s first customer was British luxury brand Burberry, which leveraged the platform to identify the best talent for its undergraduate programme. Vizzy has since also partnered with companies, including Virgin Group, Louis Vuitton, PizzaExpress and WHSmith, to supercharge their early career hiring processes. 

    The traditional CV and cover letter job application process has remained unchanged for decades and is no longer fit for purpose. This, combined with the influx of new technologies allowing candidates to apply for multiple roles simultaneously, means recruiters aren’t able to surface the best and most diverse talent.
