CV Resources, a California-based finance/accounting staffing provider, announced Michael Gilles will serve as CEO and partner at the firm. Gilles has 27 years of experience in staffing, including being a founding partner of Maintenance Match Inc., a firm that merged with another company in 2005 and grew to have $85 million in revenue in 2012 when he left.
Online jobs platform Wonolo appointed Meredith Neizer, a supply chain and logistics executive, to its board. Neizer is the senior VP of operations at Armada; she was previously chief operating officer for iGPS Co.
Futuris Co. (OTC: FTRS), a firm focused on the acquisition and operation of staffing companies, named Kalyan Pathuri and Larry Gaffey to its board. Pathuri is president of Futuris; he previously served for 23 years as CEO of GCP Inc, an IT services firm. Gaffey is a managing member of CPA firm Gaffey, Deane and Talley LLC.
Workforce management platform Realday announced that Mark Doyle will head up its launch into the US and UK. Doyle is chief sales officer at Realday. Previously, Doyle spent more than six years at TempBuddy, an Irish startup that was merged with staffing software provider Bond International Software, which itself later merged with Erecruit in 2017. Ultimately, staffing software provider Bullhorn acquired Erecruit in 2019.
Anna Frazzetto, formerly chief digital technology officer and president of technology solutions at NashTech Global, a division of staffing provider Harvey Nash Group, will now serve as chief digital technology officer at Tential, a data and software solutions firm. Frazzetto had also served as chief digital technology officer and senior VP at Harvey Nash.
Staffing firm Cordia Resources announced Robert Kemp will serve as principal at the Rockville, Maryland-based firm.
