Eliassen Group LLC on Monday said it struck a deal to acquire Ferguson Consulting Inc., an IT staffing firm based in the St. Louis area.
Ferguson Consulting was founded in 1994. The deal calls for Eliassen Group to acquire 100% of the company.

Ferguson will remain with the combined company for an extended period of time. Her title will be VP of business development.
“Our strategic partnership with Ferguson Consulting allows Eliassen Group to further expand our presence in the St. Louis market,” Eliassen Group CEO Dave MacKeen said.
