Bullhorn, a software provider to staffing firms, today announced that David Whitley joined its senior leadership team as chief technology officer, reporting to Matt Fischer, who has taken on the role of president and chief operating officer.
Fischer will focus on accelerating the company’s growth and scale to serve customers globally as part of his COO role.
Whitley will oversee Bullhorn’s research and development, technical operations, product development and global technical services organizations.
Whitley most recently served as senior VP of product development for Applied Systems, a cloud-based insurance software provider. Prior to that, he was VP of product development at Intergraph. He began his career as a software developer at Accenture.
