Adecco CEO writes that business leaders might try ‘corporate empathy’ (World Economic Forum)

Employees are in the driver’s seat these days with the Great Resignation and research shows 41% of the global workforce is considering changing jobs this year, wrote Alain Dehaze, CEO of The Adecco Group, in an article for the World Executive Forum. Given the situation, leaders might try “corporate empathy.” It’s a concept related to emotional intelligence: the ability to recognize, reason with and regulate emotions in oneself and others, Dehaze wrote.
