Adecco US announced plans to recruit for 10,000 seasonal job openings for the upcoming holiday season, including warehouse associates and customer care associates. The hiring comes as Adecco sees high demand for seasonal roles.
The company plans to send out its fleet of “jobmobiles” to meet with talent in person; each jobmobile will be equipped to process candidates on location.
“Seasonal hiring is already underway across the nation, and our team is hard at work helping employers gear up for the busiest shopping season of the year and connecting candidates with new opportunities,” said Eileen Sweeney, head of Adecco, North America.
Sweeny also noted many US adults are seeking second jobs this year amid inflation, and a recent report from Adecco found that three-fifths of workers with non-desk jobs in the US are currently engaged in more than one occupation.
