Advanced RPO, a Chicago-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing, acquired Aspirant RPO, a Pittsburgh-based RPO provider.
The acquisition strengthens Advanced RPO’s market position with an expanded chemical and manufacturing industry footprint and additional client offerings, including employer branding and talent advisory services, the company said in a press statement.
The transaction closed April 30; terms were not disclosed. The Aspirant RPO brand will sunset over the next 90 days. Aspirant RPO’s executives will remain with the company, and no immediate title or role changes will take place.
“Aspirant RPO is an ideal fit for us in terms of expertise and service offerings; however, the greatest appeal was the cultural alignment. We share the same values, and that provides us a strong foundation to fully integrate,” Pam Verhoff, chief executive officer and president of Advanced RPO, said in a press release. “We’re absolutely thrilled to join forces.”
