Anexa Staffing Solutions LLC announced today that it acquired Verco Group Inc., a staffing provider headquartered in Holly Springs, North Carolina, and Noida, India.
Verco Group founder and CEO Jyoti Patel will serve as CEO of Anexa.
“I’ve spent years building a powerhouse team, systems, and processes, and now the team can take it to the next level, as I assume this new, larger role helping to drive this growing portfolio of contract and permanent agencies, as well as a variety of service platforms,” Patel said.
Anexa is based in Jupiter, Florida.
“Verco Group brings with them an impressive domestic and offshore operation, specializing in efficient and effective global recruiting,” said Anexa Chairman Jason Myers.
Anexa is planning two more acquisitions in this quarter.
