Applicant tracking system provider iCims acquired Candidate.ID, a provider of marketing automation software for talent acquisition based in Glasgow, Scotland.
The company said Candidate.ID will enable its customers to “know” and qualify talent better with lead scoring.
Examples of Candidate.ID’s functionality include:
- The ability to source candidates from multiple job boards as well as clients’ existing ATS/CRM databases.
- Enables clients to schedule and distribute marketing content by email, SMS and social media to candidates and track clicks to generate an engagement score.
- Candidates can be tracked to monitor interaction with clients’ corporate website, social media, email opens and other actions.

Candidate.ID was founded in 2016 by Adam Gordon and Scot McRae.
