New ASA National Staffing All-Star Finalist Recognition and Industry Message Highlight Campaign Season
The American Staffing Association is now accepting nominations for its National Employee of the Year and ASA Elevate Awards.
As staffing continues to open new doors to opportunity in the labor market for job seekers, this year’s ASA awards will offer two important updates that will allow more member companies to share their successes and be seen by clients, job seekers, and the general public.
These changes are
- The National Staffing Employee of the Year program has expanded to include both sector-specific National Staffing Employee All-Stars and National Staffing Employee All-Star finalists. Members only have to submit one nomination per temporary or contract employee to be considered in all three categories.
- All-Star finalists will be announced in August. The National Staffing Employee of the Year and National Staffing Employee All-Stars will be announced on the first day of National Staffing Employee Week.
- The criteria for the National Staffing Employee of the Year, All-Stars, and All-Star finalists are expanding. Now, these awards will recognize not only outstanding temporary or contract employees who celebrate the core staffing messages of bridging and flexibility, but also employees who used staffing to access new careers.
This year also marks the return of the ASA Elevate Awards, which recognize outstanding, innovative, and effective work-based learning programs that train, reskill, and upskill temporary and contract talent.
There is no cost associated with submitting nominations, and member companies may submit as many nominations as they choose. Nominations for the National Staffing Employee of the Year and ASA Elevate Awards will be accepted through May 1.
