Biden administration withdraws employer vaccine ETS (CNN)

The Biden administration is withdrawing its emergency temporary standard requiring large companies with 100 employees or more require workers to either be vaccinated or undergo weekly testing and wear masks, CNN reported. The move comes in the wake of the recent decision by the US Supreme Court. However, the agency noted it is not withdrawing the ETS as a proposed rule.
