Staffing software provider Bullhorn announced today that it acquired Able, a Cleveland-based provider of onboarding automation software for staffing firms.
Able is already a member of the Bullhorn marketplace. Able is also available in the Salesforce AppExchange.
“We’re excited to continue to enhance our capabilities in delivering an incredible candidate experience with the acquisition of Able,” said Matt Fischer, president and COO of Bullhorn. “The product is tightly integrated with Bullhorn, and we have close to 100 joint customers.”
Fischer said Able CEO Gerald Hetrick and Chief Product Officer Dustin Brewer will join Bullhorn’s leadership team.
Plans also call for the Able brand to remain and for its operations to continue in Cleveland.
Terms of the transaction were not announced.
This is the second recent acquisition for Boston-based Bullhorn. In November, it announced the acquisition of cube19, a London-based provider of analytics and reporting software to staffing firms.
