This week three large firms in the workforce ecosystems announced new C-level leaders. S.i. Systems announced a new president, Pride Global announced a chief operating officer and Pro Unlimited announced a new chief marketing officer.
S.i. Systems
S.i. Systems ULC, one of Canada’s largest IT staffing providers, promoted Leonie Tyler to president, succeeding Derek Bullen, who will focus on his work as CEO.
Tyler had been chief operating officer since 2018 and has been with the company since 2015. Prior to S.i. Systems, she was general manager for IT at Canadian Pacific Railway and a VP at BMO Nesbitt Burns.

“The board and I saw Leonie as the right candidate to be the next president, with her vision leading us through our next stage of growth,” Bullen said.
Tyler led the integration of Eagle Professional Resources, another of Canada’s largest staffing firms, which S.i. Systems had recently acquired.
One of Tyler’s first actions as president was to elevate Audra Tettenborn to the newly created position of chief diversity officer. Tettenborn has been with the company since 2016.
Pride Global
Pride Global, announced it has promoted Anu Vettath to the role of chief operating officer.
Vettath will oversee all of Pride Global’s international operational practices as the firm and its subsidiaries expand their reach to new markets around the world.

Vettath joined PrideOne in 2012 as its onshore operations manager, a role that grew to encompass the company’s offshore shared services operations in just six months. She served as the company’s global operations manager before attaining her current position.
“She’s been with us for nearly a decade, fortifying our back office for sustainable growth and prosperity, and I can’t wait to spend the next decade working alongside her, watching what she accomplishes next,” said CEO and founder of Pride Global Leo Russell.
PRO Unlimited
Pro Unlimited, an MSP and VMS provider, appointed Vidhya Srinivasan as chief marketing officer effective immediately. Srinivasan will lead the global marketing organization across corporate, brand, product, client, partner and field marketing.
“She is an accomplished digital transformation executive with both the passion and expertise in building a brand, creating a category and disrupting the market,” Pro Unlimited CEO Kevin Akeroyd said.

Srinivasan was previously senior VP of marketing at Blue Yonder, a digital supply chain platform. Prior to that, she held marketing leaders roles with several organizations, including ServiceNow, BMC, Cisco and Oracle. She is also a board member at FirstBoard.io.
