Central Research Inc. announced on Friday that it acquired Skyline Ultd. Inc., a provider of staffing and information technology services to government agencies.
The Skyline brand will remain, but it will be headquartered at Central Research’s location in Lowell, Arkansas.
Skyline was founded in 2001. It has nine employees and was based in Alexandria, Virginia. Its customers include the intelligence community, US Department of Veteran Affairs and others.
Central Research reports it provides management and financial services; clients include several federal agencies.
