CoWorx Staffing Services promoted Kara Rogan to chief operating officer to lead the organization’s realignment and all US operations.
“She had already been integral to the success of our east region, enhancing operational excellence and contributing to sales expansion, and will continue to be a major part of our evolution as a company,” CEO Tim Hartnett said.
Rogan first joined Morristown, New Jersey-based CoWorx in 2005 as a director. She was promoted to senior director, southern New England, in 2010 and to VP, east region, in 2016.
Rogan appeared in SIA’s 40 Under 40 in 2018. CoWorx ranks on SIA’s list of largest US staffing firms.
In her new role, Rogan takes over from Ken Sudnikovich.
