Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRN) promoted Colin McDonald to chief human resources officer.
McDonald has more than 20 years of experience and previously was senior VP of human resources at the Boca Raton, Florida-based healthcare staffing firm.
He also serves as Cross Country’s diversity and inclusion officer and is part of the company’s executive leadership team. He is also a member of the Broward County NAACP and Kappa Alpha Psi, one of the country’s historically Black fraternities.
Prior to joining Cross Country, McDonald held leadership positions at Carnival Cruise Lines, RandCol Staffing and Citrix.
