EmployBridge announced Monday that it completed its acquisition of Hire Dynamics. EmployBridge ranks as the largest US provider of industrial staffing. Hire Dynamics ranks among the 25 largest. Both firms are based in Atlanta.
“We are very excited to bring together industry leaders EmployBridge and Hire Dynamics as one team,” said Billy Milam, former CEO of Hire Dynamics. Milam is now leading the combined company as CEO. Former EmployBridge CEO Michael Miles is now executive chairman.
Milam said the acquisition will add potential for expanded services and creates new opportunities.
The transaction was announced earlier this month. Terms of the deal were not announced.
The deal also follows other recent acquisitions. EmployBridge itself was acquired earlier this year by New York-based asset management firm Apollo Global Management Inc. Hire Dynamics, meanwhile, acquired Houston-based The Daniel Group earlier this month and Select Staff in October.
