Employer vaccination mandate creates questions about enforcement (NBC)

Questions are arising over enforcement of the upcoming Covid-19 vaccine mandate for companies with 100 or more employees, according to NBC. One person familiar with the process said he expects most businesses to comply, although OSHA will have the ability to leverage fines for those that don’t. The agency could also issue press releases that include information on companies that are not complying.
