Employers can make workers pay for their own Covid tests under mandate (Bloomberg Law)

Employers will be able to make unvaccinated workers pay for their own Covid tests under President Biden’s emergency temporary standard requiring workers at large employers to either be vaccinated or submit weekly tests, Bloomberg Law reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. Bloomberg Law also reported the emergency rule is expected to be released next week. It would require companies with 100 or more employees to require their workers to be vaccinated or be tested weekly for Covid.
