Credit reporting firm Equifax Inc. announced Monday that it completed its acquisition of Denver-based Efficient Hire. The deal had first been announced on Jan. 31.
Efficient Hire’s customers include staffing firms, restaurants and senior care facilities among other industries that work with hourly employees. Efficient Hire provides an applicant tracking system, an online onboarding process for employees, Work Opportunity Tax Credit processing and Affordable Care Act compliance management.
“As our first acquisition of 2022, Efficient Hire aligns with Equifax’s strategy to reinvest our strong performance in strategic and bolt-on acquisitions that strengthen our business and position us for diversified growth,” Equifax CEO Mark Begor said.
Efficient Hire CEO David Kenney has assumed the role of general manager, Efficient Hire, an Equifax company.
Efficient Hire reported it has helped employers hire more than 6.6 million hourly employees over the past 13 years.
