And as COVID continues to evolve both the workforce and workplace, the final day of the virtual Health & Benefits Leadership Conference puts the focus on where employee benefits are headed from here.

Attendees will hear from Sean Woodroffe, senior executive vice president and CHRO of TIAA, as he shares lessons learned from the organization’s COVID benefits strategy and discusses how employee benefits will be a key driver of retention, recruiting and the employee experience going forward.

Dovetailing with the first day’s keynote from Joan Lunden on the current caregiving crisis, a panel of experts from Wellthy, Snap and New York Life will discuss the unexpected thrust of a younger generation of employees into caregiving roles and how employers can best support this emerging community of caregivers.

Another keynote comes from Arianna Huffington, founder and CEO of behavior change technology company Thrive Global and founder of The Huffington Post, who will join Mastercard Chief Human Resources Officer Michael Fraccaro to discuss managing stress and anxiety, strategies for building mental resilience and what today’s company leaders can do to support their people in the ways that matter most.

“Dealing with stress, both general stress and financial stress, is no longer just a box to check,” she has previously said. “It’s essential for building a thriving culture that is high performance.”

Klein will discuss new policy positions on retirement, paid leave and COVID-19, as well as detail what’s at stake for benefit plan sponsors through 2021 and beyond.

Don’t worry if you’d like to attend several sessions happening at the same time. Attendees can view all sessions on-demand through June 11.
