Infosys Ltd.’s (NYSE: INFY) former head of diversity recruiting, Davina Linguist, filed suit against the IT solutions giant, claiming she was forced to resign after testifying in court about the company’s hiring practices in a separate lawsuit, The New Indian Express reported. It follows another discrimination lawsuit filed against Wipro Ltd. (NYSE: WIT) in April.
