HRE’s Health and Benefits Leadership Conference is going virtual.
The annual event, which originally was slated to be held in April in Las Vegas, will be held online May 11-13 due to the ongoing pandemic. Registration is now open and the event is free to attend.
The conference comes at an extremely important time for benefits: Benefits have been at the forefront of employers’ COVID-19 strategies as organizations have been tasked to keep employees healthy, productive and well during the pandemic. Most employees have pointed to the pandemic as the worst time of their life, and rates of depression, burnout, stress and anxiety for employees have soared in the last year.
As a result, organizations have increasingly looked at their benefits programs and strategies to help address employee pain points, with many employers adding new benefits, enhancing existing programs or looking at other ways to help.

Attendees will get an in-depth look at how COVID-19 as well as other major events of the past year have reshaped the benefits industry and transformed the way HR and benefits leaders view employee wellbeing and how they do their jobs.
The program will include topics such as the mental health crisis, employers’ role in COVID-19 vaccines, caregiving, financial health and emergency savings.
Register here. Although the event is free, advanced registration is required.
