In recent years, this has been exacerbated by the Great Resignation, followed by months of quiet quitting in some industries. Now, only half of employees feel extremely or very satisfied with their jobs, according to a report by Pew Research Center, leaving talent management professionals scrambling to retain workers.
But Dayana Falcon, ESPN’s talent mobility manager and one of Human Resource Executive‘s 2024 Rising Stars, is determined to develop creative ways to boost retention.
