Hiring solution provider Harver acquired pymetrics, a soft skills assessment tools company. Together, the firms will deliver talent acquisition and talent management solutions that “empower organizations to optimize their talent decisions across the employee lifecycle,” per a press statement. “We will help enterprises maximize the potential of their employee base and empower the organizations of tomorrow,” said Harver CEO Scott Landers. Pymetrics’ Workforce Insights was a 2020 HRE Top Products winner.
HR platform provider for mid-sized companies Namely has added integration with Slack, the team messaging solution. Namely admins will now be able to configure announcements, as well as newsfeed and appreciation posts, to specified Slack channels. These posts could include welcome messages for new hires, happy birthday posts, and anniversary celebrations.
Onboarding solution provider SilkRoad Technology has added Entelo’s candidate search and recruitment marketing technology to its tools. SilkRoad claims that this agreement will help clients source new talent, develop talent strategies, and create on-demand talent campaigns. Talent solution provider Crosschq named Jacob Paul as chief product officer. Paul was the co-founder and CEO of TalentWall, which Crosshq acquired in May. “Having Jake driving our product vision will accelerate our roadmaps and enable us to go to market with additional solutions that carefully consider customer design input,” said Crosschq CEO Michael Fitzsimmons.

Recruiting solution provider PivotCX has hired David Bernstein as executive vice president of corporate development and strategy. An HR tech veteran who has worked at six start-ups, Bernstein will run business development, strategic alliances and marketing for PivotCX’s talent acquisitions hub.
As part of onboarding provider Silkroad Technology’s acquisition of Entelo’s technology, Entelo CEO Robert Tsao has been appointed CEO of SilkRoad Technology. Entelo’s CEO since last year, Tsao previously worked as chief product officer for Jobvite and Taleo. “I look forward to building new capabilities to provide new strategic talent acquisition and mobility offerings to meet and exceed client expectations,” said Tsao.
