IT staffing provider Inspyr Solutions on Tuesday announced its acquisition of Washington DC-based ProTask.
ProTask is a regional provider of highly technical, strategic staffing and consulting services across numerous end markets including financial services, healthcare, financial technology and telecommunications. Founded in 2010, it employs more than 100 professionals with varying skill sets.
The transaction closed Feb. 17; terms were not disclosed. ProTask will rebrand to Inspyr Solutions.
IT staffing providers TekPartners and Genuent Holdings LLC merged last year and rebranded to Inspyr Solutions. Additionally, Genuent Holdings received a majority investment from A&M Capital Partners, which acquired the business from Achieve Partners.
