After two courts ruled against a federal government policy on the use of H-1B visa workers by staffing and outsourcing companies, the ITServe Alliance has won a major victory in a settlement with the government amid an ongoing lawsuit, MSN reported. The US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia ruled last week that a 2018 policy memo by United States Citizenship and Immigration Service was invalid, and employers don’t need to submit information related to work requirements and where the worker will be based.
