Kelly (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB) today announced the addition of two new executives to the senior leadership team of its largest business unit, Kelly Professional and Industrial.
The executives are Jennifer Knippenberg, VP and chief recruiting officer, and Carla McKelvey, VP and North America market lead.
“Jennifer and Carla are two exceptional leaders who will propel our business towards continued growth,” Kelly Professional and Industrial President Tim Dupree said.
Knippenberg has more than 21 years of experience. She most recently was senior VP at AMN Healthcare in that company’s outsourced solutions division where she led strategic vision, operations and business development. Knippenberg has previously held roles at KellyOCG.
McKelvey most recently was senior VP of talent engagement and culture for Staffmark, part of Recruit. McKelvey brings more than 30 years of experience to her new role at Kelly.
Today’s announcements follow an announcement earlier this month in which Kelly named Darren Simons as chief digital officer.
