Staffing Industry Analysts estimates the 100 largest staffing firms in the world had 43% of global staffing revenue in 2020, down from 45% in the previous year. Overall, the world’s 100 largest staffing firms posted combined revenue of $206 billion, down from $224 billion in 2019.
The data comes in a report released by SIA Dec. 10, “Largest Global Staffing Firms 2021.”
In total, SIA estimates the global staffing market to have been worth $482.5 billion in 2020.

The rankings of the top three have not changed from the prior year.
Of the total 100 largest firms, 41 are based in the United States; 38 in Europe, the Middle East and Africa; and 21 in Asia Pacific.
This list, available to corporate members of SIA, follows an earlier list of the largest staffing firms in the US.
