A civil lawsuit has been filed by 27 temporary workers against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, the UAW and several individual officials.The temporary employees worked at a Jeep plan in Toledo, Ohio, and allege they were defrauded out of wages, benefits and seniority, WTOL reported. According to the complaint, the workers were only supposed to work three days a week as temporary employees but actually worked full time, and sometimes overtime hours, for most of the six years during which they were under the temporary employee status. Therefore, they didn’t receive full-time pay or benefits.
