The American Staffing Association today announced the appointment of Lenore Convery as chief revenue officer.
Convery has a deep understanding of the staffing, recruiting, and HR tech industries and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Most recently, Convery was the senior vice president of sales and marketing for ClearEdge, and she previously served as director of the enterprise staffing division of Monster Worldwide. She is a graduate of Lafayette College, where she received dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and business, as well as in English.
“Lenore is a proven difference maker when it comes to revenue growth in the staffing industry,” said Richard Wahlquist, chief executive officer at ASA. “Her business acumen, customer service focus, and innovative approach to revenue generation will play a key role in the future of ASA, including building strategic partnerships to advance the ASA mission.”
Convery has also served on the ASA women in leadership council for three years and was appointed chair of the women in leadership scholarship taskforce in 2023.
