Lexitas, a provider of litigation support services, including legal staffing, announced its acquisition of Phipps Reporting, a court reporter-owned deposition and litigation services provider based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

“This acquisition will significantly expand the depth and quality of Lexitas’ service offerings in the Florida, Midwest and Southeast markets.”
Phipps Reporting was founded in 2010.
