Longship Group, a staffing provider based in Orlando, Florida, announced it acquired a 100% stake in CareStaf, an Overland Park, Kansas-based healthcare staffing firm.
The acquisition expands Longship Group’s suite of product offerings in healthcare staffing, including introduction into the home health market.
With the deal, CareStaf will become a standalone division of Longship Group.
Additionally, CareStaf Operations Supervisor Stacy White has been promoted to president of the CareStaf division and will lead all revenue operations.
“Stacy White brings a great deal of industry-specific knowledge and invaluable expertise to the table,” Longship Group CEO Zach Collier said. “I have no doubt her extensive experience growing CareStaf within the states of Kansas and Missouri, as well as her vision for its continued success, will drive the firm to keep meeting and exceeding its strategic goals.”
Longship Group is a workforce solutions firm with an acquisition-focused growth model. Its services include contingent staffing, HR consulting, executive search and other workforce solutions.
CareStaf was founded in 1991.
