Neel Kashkari, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, said it may take a few years for the US to recover the 10 million jobs lost in the pandemic, The Hill reported. “If the pandemic had not hit, we estimate there would be 10 million more Americans working today, both people who already had jobs and new entrants in the labor force,” Kashkari said. “We need to put all of them back to work.”
