Medicus Healthcare Solutions CEO Joe Matarese is becoming executive chairman of the healthcare staffing firm while Robert “Bob” Dickey will become CEO. Dickey currently serves as chief operating officer.
“We have been discussing this transition for some time, and this is a natural progression,” Matarese said. “Bob has done a fantastic job leading sales and operations of the business since he joined, and with his background of over 20 years in the staffing space, we are thrilled for this transition.”
Dickey became COO of Windham, New Hampshire-based Medicus Healthcare Solutions in August 2017. He previously served as a group president at Randstad.
Medicus Healthcare Solutions ranked on SIA’s list of Largest US Healthcare Staffing Firms last year.
