MSRcosmos Group, a provider of IT consulting and staff augmentation, completed its acquisition and integration of Synapsis Group, also a provider of IT staffing and solutions. The deal closed at the end of last year.
Synapsis, based in Springfield, Illinois, had revenue of approximately $85 million in 2021; its divisions are Synapsis Inc., Informatics Inc. and Riverpoint Group.

MSRcosmos was founded in 2008 and is based in Stockton, California.
