Netherlands – Flexfactory changes name to Flexfamily

Dutch HR services firm Flexfactory, which is owned by French temporary employment firm Actual Leader Group, announced that it has changed its name to Flexfamily.

“As part of its growth strategy, Flexfactory has taken the next step to create more space in its portfolio by choosing a new group name; Flexfamily,” Clemens van Lent, Founder and CEO of the company said. “After all, we are a growing family of flex specialists working in and from the east of the Netherlands.”

Flexfactory now continues as an independent label within Flexfamily; aimed at making migrant workers available.

At the same time, as the introduction of the new group name, a re-branding of all subsidiaries will also take place.

Flexfamily’s subsidiaries include Fides, Flexfactory, Seesing Flex, Aelbers, Marquette and Vast. They are all active from the Achterhoek, Twente and Stedendriehoek regions. 

Flexfamily originated from Fides Uitzendgroep, which was founded by Clemens van Lent in 2004. 

In 2019, the French Actual Leader Group acquired Flexfamily

Flexfamily is headquartered in Doetinchem. The company employs an average of 3,200 people at more than 700 customers. 

Flexfamily ranked 30th (as Flexfactory) on SIA’s list of Largest Staffing firms in the Netherlands.
