190: Days until the 2021 HR Technology Conference & Exposition begins
The virtual Spring HR Tech Conference wrapped up Friday, after four jam-packed days of keynotes, demos, tech talks and other sessions full of insights and trends for HR leaders and technologists. And planning is already well underway for the fall event, scheduled for Sept. 28-Oct. 1 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
Registration is open here, and if you missed anything from Spring HR Tech, the sessions will be available on-demand until April 16.
Top sessions included analyst Josh Bersin’s opening keynote, in which he delved into how the HR technology market is changing, even as the labor market is positioned for rapid growth, and diversity leader Jackye Clayton’s keynote presentation about why—and how—HR needs to change diversity recruiting for 2021.
Attendees also tuned in for hundreds of other sessions, learning from experts at such organizations as Oracle, Facebook, PTO Genius, Cisco, UKG, Paylocity, ServiceNow, Cornerstone, SAP and from HR leaders at The Parking Spot and Northwell Health. Six HR tech start-ups also gave demos of their products during a spotlight session that offered a preview of HR Tech PitchFest.

At HR Tech this fall, conferencegoers will learn about new technologies, workforce innovation, employee experience, talent management and much more—all in the context of how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world of work forever. Anyone interested in speaking at HR Tech can submit proposals here until April 20.
“After the immense challenges of the past year, we look forward to gathering again in person this fall to connect, share what we’ve learned and see what innovations the industry is working on for the future of work,” says Timothy D. Burke, senior vice president and publisher of HR products at LRP Media Group.
