Oak Healthcare Staffing, a Tampa, Florida-based travel nurse firm, announced this week it is rebranding to Elite365 – Healthcare Workforce Solutions following its acquisition of Cunningham Elite Staffing announced in April. With the rebrand, the company is expanding its focus beyond travel nursing.
“Elite365 was born out of the combined power of Cunningham Elite Staffing and Oak Healthcare Staffing with the goal of providing highly skilled nursing solutions for acute care in hospitals and in long-term care facilities,” Elite365 CEO Tracy Clark said.
Cunningham Elite Staffing was based in Washington state, and the deal expanded Oak Healthcare’s service to the West Coast. It also positioned the company to serve long-term care facilities.
Oak Healthcare Staffing will remain the name of the holding company.
